Do you write more often since you began using fountain pens? What is your response for people who say they don’t need a nice pen because they hardly write anything anymore?

@penfount I write about the same amount, but I do enjoy it more when using a fountain pen (or even a really nice ballpoint).
For someone that doesn't write much, they may as well do that little bit of writing in comfort and style. And who knows, the improved experience may lead to more writing.
@penfount I write considerably more since adopting fountain pens. In fact, I look for more opportunities to write because using the pens gives me joy.

Maybe they'll write more if it was more enjoyable. Maybe if they had a nice a pen.
@penfount yep. Having a nice fountain pen and an enjoyable ink has definitely encouraged me to write more.
@penfount I definitely write more because in conjunction with getting into collecting fountain pens, I wanted to journal more regularly. Like someone else in the thread said, I get a lot of joy out of using my fountain pens and trying out different inks, so I want to write more.
